What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our pens are handmade in Pennsylvania. We primarily pour our own resin blanks. Sometimes we use guest blanks purchased from US makers or wood and metal that has been responsibly sourced.
The nibs we use are from Germany.
Other accessories we sell come from various manufactures usually from outside the US.
How much does shipping cost?
For US and Canadian coustomers who purchase a pen the shipping is free.
Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can your pens be used with a cartridge?
Our pens are designed for use with an International Standard converter but are also compatible with International Standard and Short cartridges. Remember to manually push the cartridge into the grip section to puncture it properly.
Can your pens be eye droppered?
Our 100% resin pens can be modified this way using silicone grease and a specific rubber o-ring for sealing. Wood pens are not suitable for this.
DISCLAIMER: Converting non-designed fountain pens to eyedropper ones is at the user's risk.
What resin do you use?
We use Alumilite urethane resin, which is made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The colorway I want is sold out. Will you be making more?
The small batch nature of our pens doesn't mean we won't make more of a colorway. Feel free to reach out and ask us about the specific colorway.
